Typhoon Books Japan is a publishing branch of Sublime & Co. It has also gained the ISBN of Typhoon Books Japan. In partnership with Typhoon Books, a publishing house established by Thai writer and artist Prabda Yoon in Thailand in 2005, Typhoon Books Japan was founded in 2007. The two firms have not formed a capital tie-up yet, but we are planning to introduce translated editions of Asian contents to Japan and promote Japanese contents to Thailand and other Asian countries in the near future. Typhoon Books Japan focuses on an area where a tropical cyclone is called "typhoon" (at 100 degrees longitude eastward and 180 degrees westward from the equator northward) as a noticeable cultural zone.
